this happens intermittantly. i don't know why, but when i connect to my FreeBSD box using putty, there is an extremely long pause for the following: 1. the login prompt to come up 2. the password prompt to come up after i type in the username 3. the connection to be established after i enter the password can anyone let me know how i can aleviate this pause problem? __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
