What makes you think so? DEPORIGIN generation support was merged
into bsd.port.mk before 4.7-RELEASE, so that all packages generated
for it already have DEPORIGIN information recorded. Grab any
package from ftp.freebsd.org or from the 4.7 CD and see by yourself.
