Yes... meanwhile I removed the unxfbsd.pro subdir and restarted make. Now it continues compiling. Seems as if there are some timing-problems (btw: I'm building on a nfs-tree)?! (I (vq@openoffice.org) encountered a similar problem with my w32-4nt build, sometimes the times of the generated files were in the wrong order, e.g. the makefile.mk from the unpacked *.tar.gz was 1 second newer than the flagfile which is generated by touch *after* the unpacking of the *.tar.gz.
