I Included the maintainer of audio/xmms as i am posting the configure of xmms as an example. See the file config.log for the *** exact error that occured. This usually means GTK was incorrectly installed *** or that you have moved GTK since it was installed. In the latter case, you *** may want to edit the gtk-config script: /usr/X11R6/bin/gtk12-config configure: error: *** GTK+ >= 1.2.2 not installed - please install first *** ===> Script "configure" failed unexpectedly. Please report the problem to esk@ira.uka.de [maintainer] and attach the "/usr/ports/audio/xmms/work/xmms-1.2.7/config.log" including the output of the failure of your make command. Also, it might be a good idea to provide an overview of all packages installed on your system (e.g. an `ls /var/db/pkg`). *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/audio/xmms. -- Andrew Stuart http://www.tekrealm.net At no time is freedom of speech more precious than when a man hits his thumb with a hammer. -- Marshall Lumsden To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-gnome" in the body of the message
