[-- Attachment #1 --] Hi, This might sound like quite an odd questions but does anybody know if there is a way to have a simple verbose cp/mv output that shows a time elapsed/remaining counter, or the number of bytes copied? Very much like the copy progress bar used in wget or something similar. Mostly this would be pointless but it could kick in if files are over a certain file size (ie, copying ISO files across network disks).
