Try adding the following

hw.cbb.debug=1
hw.cardbus.debug=1
hw.cardbus.cis_debug=1
hw.pccard.debug=1
hw.pccard.cis_debug=1

to your /boot/loader.conf file.  It will give more information abouy
why the card is unsupported.  However, it could also be that you are
running into the timing problem related to poweron that I've seen in
our code, but haven't had time to see.
