Could you please try a little check list 1st? 1) pkg_delete 'mplayer*' 2) pkg_delete 'win32-codecs*' 3) rm -Rf ~/.mplayer/ 4) CVSup update the ports tree 5) cd /usr/ports/multimedia/win32-codecs && make install 6) cd /usr/ports/multimedia/mplayer && make install && make install-user This check list makes sure there is no mix of the old/new files.
