In my environment 2 problems have in pkg-plist(in Makefile MAN[14]= problem). XFree86-clients-4.3.0: man/man1/xieperf.1 is not found. XFree86-Server-4.3.0: man/man4/keyboard.4 is not found. You removed xieperf in pkg-plist, so I think no need xieperf.1. I don't know keyboard.4:-).
