Gang, I was running a release on pluto2.freebsd.org and it failed as given below. Clearly perl does not exists in the chroot'd environment and since it used to work, I suspect that something changed. The sgmlformat port properly has USE_PERL5, which I suspect is all that's needed if there's a dependency on perl. Can someone take a look at it?
