I've just checked my overnight build and it failed in the way you reported: /usr/ports/java/jdk14/work/hotspot/src/share/vm/prims/jni.cpp:1349:56: pasting "." and "d" does not give a valid preprocessing token So it's definitely the gcc-3.3.1 import in -CURRENT that's broken the build. Probably not what you were hoping to hear, but at least now you know it's not "just you". :-) Ciao, Sheldon.
