Hi, I'm trying to get mldonkey working but I don't really know what I'm doing wrong. Fisrt I got the error of no servers in servers.ini but was able to solve this by copying the servers.ini in the ../distrib dir over the other ones. now I can see a list of all the servers in the browsers but I don't seem to be able to connect to them. In the following you can see my start up messages, and as you can see there is an error in it...could it because of this error things go wrong and how do I solve it? Also when I run the command mlgui, wich should start the gui version of mldonkey (if not I'm way off target then) it just does the same as the command mlnet and doesn't start the gui. Does anybody know why I cannot connect to a server? Any halp or advice would be very helpfull. thx in advance kristof Your system supports 3607 file descriptors Resolving [proxy.pandora.be] ...doneYour system supports 3607 file descriptors Resolving [proxy.pandora.be] ...done Network Global Shares registered Network Direct Connect registered Network Open Napster registered Network Gnutella registered Network Fasttrack registered Network BitTorrent registered Network Donkey registered Loading history file ...Network Soulseek registered LOADING SHARED FILES AND SOURCES Network.load_complex_options not implemented by BitTorrent Network Soulseek disabled Network Donkey enabled Network BitTorrent enabled Network Fasttrack disabled Network Gnutella disabled Network Open Napster disabled Network Direct Connect disabled Error loading ./comments.met: Sys_error("./comments.met: No such file or directory") For host 127.173.67.18 port 4661 +++ Exception BEFORE CONNECT connect failed: Can't assign requested address 2 Connection refused : connect chat_app_host=localhost chat_app_port=5036 SHARING ./incoming PRIO 0 QUERY URL http://ocbmaurice.dyns.net/pl/slist.pl?download QUERY URL http://members.lycos.co.uk/appbyhp2/FlockHelpApp/contact-files/contact.ocl Welcome to MLdonkey client Check http://www.mldonkey.net/ for updates To command: telnet 127.0.0.1 4000 Or with browser: http://127.0.0.1:4080 Welcome to MLdonkey SAVING SHARED FILES AND SOURCES SAVED Network.save_complex_options not implemented by BitTorrent Options correctly saved Core started Disabling output to console, to enable: stdout true Network Global Shares registered Network Direct Connect registered Network Open Napster registered Network Gnutella registered Network Fasttrack registered Network BitTorrent registered Network Donkey registered Loading history file ...Network Soulseek registered LOADING SHARED FILES AND SOURCES Network.load_complex_options not implemented by BitTorrent Network Soulseek disabled Network Donkey enabled Network BitTorrent enabled Network Fasttrack disabled Network Gnutella disabled Network Open Napster disabled Network Direct Connect disabled Error loading ./comments.met: Sys_error("./comments.met: No such file or directory") For host 127.173.67.18 port 4661 +++ Exception BEFORE CONNECT connect failed: Can't assign requested address 2 Connection refused : connect chat_app_host=localhost chat_app_port=5036 SHARING ./incoming PRIO 0 QUERY URL http://ocbmaurice.dyns.net/pl/slist.pl?download QUERY URL http://members.lycos.co.uk/appbyhp2/FlockHelpApp/contact-files/contact.ocl Welcome to MLdonkey client Check http://www.mldonkey.net/ for updates To command: telnet 127.0.0.1 4000 Or with browser: http://127.0.0.1:4080 Welcome to MLdonkey SAVING SHARED FILES AND SOURCES SAVED Network.save_complex_options not implemented by BitTorrent Options correctly saved Core started Disabling output to console, to enable: stdout true
