It seems you've gone astray in time. FreeBSD 5.2 has yet to be released. See http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/5-roadmap/schedule.html Perhaps you mean 5.1 ? You won't find all possible packages on the CD Rom set as there's simply far too much stuff to fit onto the CDs. Your best bet is to install the cvsup-without-gui package: # pkg_add -r cvsup-without-gui then use cvsup to pull down the latest version of the ports tree and install via ports. This will have been updated since 5.1 was released, in order to take account of updates to the dependent packages. See: http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/cvsup.html Then: # cd /usr/ports/misc/instant-server # make install Cheers, Matthew=09 --=20 Dr Matthew J Seaman MA, D.Phil. 26 The Paddocks Savill Way PGP: http://www.infracaninophile.co.uk/pgpkey Marlow Tel: +44 1628 476614 Bucks., SL7 1TH UK --nFreZHaLTZJo0R7j Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.3 (FreeBSD) iD4DBQE/rmwYdtESqEQa7a0RAsU6AJ9xSqSGvJO2H+0F7DFoD0Vd5K75CwCY+tLY RHyK/IkG934fwFMmwH/scw== =0yWS -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --nFreZHaLTZJo0R7j--
