Dear Sir/Madam, =46rom the archived FreeBSD mailing list I understand that there may be a= = preliminary port available for XFree86 4.4.0. I'm stuck setting up system= s = with Radeon cards and would hence be helped very much if the port were = committed. If this is unlikely to happen in the short term I should be most grateful= if = you could point me to the latest version of the preliminary port. With many thanks for your help in advance, Yours sincerely, David. > From: Doug Poland <doug@polands.org> > Date: Thu, 4 Mar 2004 06:59:58 -0600 > = > [...] > Generally it's best to ask the port maintainer, which in this case is > x11@freebsd.org -- or in other words, the freebsd-x11@freebsd.org > mailing list. = > [...] > From:Tilman Linneweh <arved@freebsd.org> > Date: Sat, 22 May 2004 11:01:34 +0200 > > [...] you can upgrade to the 4.4.0 ports posted on this list [...] ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Dr David Philip Kreil ("`-''-/").___..--''"`-._ Research Fellow `6_ 6 ) `-.
