hello kris,

d'uh and sorry.  thanks for the *extremely prompt* reply and for
being gentle.   :)

a couple of really quick questions...  doesn't this requirement somewhat
defeat the flexibility suggested by a 'refuse' file?  did i miss an
announcement of this feature being retired?
