Hi, I moved my desktop's HDD from a machine to another and I've changed the hostname in /etc/hosts. Now I wonder what else do I have to change in order to have things run smooth ? X gives an error on startup : % startx xauth: (argv):1: bad display name "old_host_name.tld.ro:0" in "list" com mand Using authority file /home/itetcu/.Xauthority xauth: (stdin):1: bad display name "old_host_name.tld.ro:0" in "add" com mand XFree86 Version 4.3.0 Release Date: 27 February 2003 X Protocol Version 11, Revision 0, Release 6.6 .............. and the same on shutdown. Where to look about this ? Besides postfix are there any other apps / files to look for ? Thanks, -- IOnut Unregistered ;) FreeBSD "user"
