Still has the problem, on more hardware.  Some more information:
	- One of these disk arries works well under 160M/s mode and RELENG_4
	- One of these disk arries does not work at all under FreeBSD
	- Both of them works well under Linux and OpenBSD 3.6 (snapshot, i386)

I'm trying to figure out why.  It seems that OpenBSD's mpt(4) did something
different from ours, however, I have hit some trouble porting their code
due to busdma interface difference.

I have a preliminary hacked port of OpenBSD's ``new'' features (without the
firmware feature) but the result is not quite hearten.  I try to do a more
in-depth attempt on this.
