Hi Kris,

Can you please explain how this happened that some current
packages for amd64 are linked with libc.so.5?

I noticed this when trying to bootstrap my current amd64
box with:

ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/amd64/packages-6-current/All/cvsup-=
without-gui-16.1h.tbz
