Okay, I've figure it out. natd is not starting via rc.conf, or if it is, it dies. I can start it manually, and it works okay. Also it seems that for some reason some of my ipfw rules don't get set, so I have to rerun ipfw also to make things work. I'll just hack the rc scripts to get this machine up.
