The STABLE line of development continues on from 6.2-RELEASE and works towards 6.3-RELEASE. So if 6.2-R does not support a device it can be that 6.2-S does, since it gets backports from 7-CURRENT and other sort of patches to its development tree. Users can install 6.2-R and then using cvsup or csup have the ability to track/follow the 6.2-S branch. Hope this clarifies the situation a bit. -- Jeroen Ruigrok van der Werven <asmodai(-at-)in-nomine.org> / asmodai イェルーン ラウフロック ヴァン デル ウェルヴェン http://www.in-nomine.org/ | http://www.rangaku.org/ Once all struggle is grasped, miracles are possible...
