I'm not so sure about mirroring /boot.  Personally I don't.  It only changes occasionally
(then rsync will do), and if one changes it and the machine won't boot, one already
has an immediate bootable backup.  The only file which tends to be changed in normal
use is zfs/zpool.cache.
