--FCuugMFkClbJLl1L Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Disposition: inline Hello, I'm running vmware server 2.0.1 on top of windows 2008r2 x64 and I just tried to install freebsd 8-beta4 i386 inside a x86 VM. It crashes right after the initial countdown screen. After the time it drops down to another "Hit enter to boot immediately" and then it boots the kernel /boot/kernel/kernel and then crashes. I have attached a screenshot of the crash. I tried both the ACPI enabled / disabled and the safe mode option. This works perfectly fine with 7.2-i386 . Any thoughts? or need more info? Thanks.
