This sounds rather unlikely (IIRC the respective code isn't compiled in on FreeBSD at all), unless it's told to do so by the configuration of course. You need to provide more details when you are asking questions so people can actually try to help you, like in this case what graphics card you are trying to use, your xorg.conf and how it was create and the full log you are talking about.
