I think this warning is harmless.

You can try to change INTERFACE into DEVICE in:

/usr/local/etc/devd/webcamd.conf

Also check usbconfig -d X.Y dump_device_desc, that bDeviceClass is listed.

And change:

match "intclass"

Into:

match "devclass"
