I already have this (I've also run newaliases):

# cat /etc/mail/aliases

root: opendaddy

# Basic system aliases -- these MUST be present
MAILER-DAEMON: postmaster
postmaster: root

auditdistd:     root

How do I debug that error? Do you mean with `smtpd -dv`?
