I have a MPR-A2 [1] which is based on RT5350 SoC with 16MB ram and 8MB flash.  
It could boot with my diff [2].  Unfortunately, wireless isn't yet supported.
ray@ would like to add RT305x/RT5350 support for FDT, but don't know when
it will be done.
