Hi Stephen,
I looked for
ftp://ctm.berklix.org/pub/FreeBSD/development/CTM/svn-cur/svn-cur.04522.xz
& found nothing beyond
svn-cur.04406xEmpty.xz ... svn-cur.04499.xz

Your master
http://web.missouri.edu/~stephen/CTM/svn-cur/
also only has up to svn-cur.04499.xz

my local ctm_rmail has received (with TZ=GMT+02:00 )
     45516 Apr 22 05:15 /pub/FreeBSD/development/CTM/svn-cur/svn-cur.04520.xz
   6032040 Apr 22 14:15 /pub/FreeBSD/development/CTM/svn-cur/svn-cur.04521.xz
     28100 Apr 23 05:15 /pub/FreeBSD/development/CTM/svn-cur/svn-cur.04523.xz

Cheers,
Julian
