Unfortunately doc@ is wrong place to report that, nothing will
happen unless you (or someone) find who controls update for that
country's servers. If update has died, as it does in some countries
occasionaly, get them to fix it, If no response, as fallback ultimate
sanction, whoever runs DNS for freebsd.org has right to remove
named sub zone delegations.

	moderator of ops-announce@ list
