Ian and Kyle,
 I am very sorry that I was misunderstood.=20
My absolute respect to you, I always follow your work on drivers etc. on =
phab ,
I am not blind and can see, that you have much much work on other =
things(like me)..
I am the" RPI-hater=E2=80=9C  no. 1 :-), have told that 100 times in =
fbsd-forums etc
from the 1st day on =E2=80=A6 but I am willing to work on it because it =
is so much=20
requested=E2=80=A6=20
I am currently working on another gadget, will post that in the Wiki the =
next days=E2=80=A6
very good results but when it comes to brcm hw =E2=80=A6.. ;-) =E2=80=A6
But I don=E2=80=99t want that fbsd is so much behind e.g. netbsd in =
supporting gadgets=E2=80=A6
Netbsd has meanwhile reached the Ethernet-support for =
RPI4(ACPI-based)=E2=80=A6
Wifi is supported there since months=E2=80=A6 and it shouldn=E2=80=99t =
be so impossible to e.g. adopt=20
Those solutions to fbsd. ( of course only when people want to work on =
it,
 ).. but Ed Maste stated a clear aarch64->Tier1-roadmap and it looks =
funny=20
When we fail in supporting devices while others do=E2=80=A6 and for =
netbsd afaik that are=20
even fewer people working on it than fbsd ( just my few cents) .
So: Freedom to everyone working on what he wants=E2=80=A6
But it is simply wrong to say that it is nit possible to support the =
RPI4 on BSD`s.
Regards and sorry again for the misunderstanding of what I wanted to say=20=

Klaus
