Hi, I was trying to install inkscape from ports, FreeBSD 7 Following error appears: checking libgc version 6.4+... Segmentation fault (core dumped) no configure: error: libgc (the Boehm Conservative Collector) 6.4+, is needed to compile inkscape -- http://www.hpl.hp.com/personal/Hans_Boehm/gc However, # pkg_info | grep boehm boehm-gc+threaded+redirect-6.8 Garbage collection and memory leak detection for C and C++ It's installed, as you can see Just for your information, I hope it can be fixed soon.
