Have a peek at the most recent issues of Need To Know (I suggest doing this anyway, PSX or not[*]) at http://www.ntk.net. They've had a number of relevant links to the recent shennanigans with PSX emulators, although most of the message seems to be "All gone now. Move along. Nothing to see."
