Hi There: We're designing a quite large ISP with the usual requirements about reliability, performance, etc. One of the requirements calls for the capability to eventually support up to 1 million users. During the first year, it'll have to support some 100000 users. Of course, we've already chosen FreeBSD as the core OS for this after looking to Digital Unix, Solaris and Windows NT. Is any of you out there operating or designing something like this? I would love to share toughts/experiences about this. I will gladly summarize the result to the list if there's enough interest. Best regards. -lem
