Question: Is a netmask of 255.255.255.255 valid? I don't think so but my ISP recently set the netmask that their dhcp server sends to that. Now my FBSD box can't talk to them unless I manually set it back to 255.255.255.0. I have a trouble ticket open with them and a technician is supposed to call me back. I'm running the wide dhcp client. If I'm wrong about this, someone please set me straight. Thanks...
