I got it quite a while ago at: http://www.lancs.ac.uk/people/cpaap/pfe Just checked and the site is not coming up for me... The IP is 148.88.1.1 Might do a trace to see what is wrong... maybe just my location.... In the meantime, if others want a copy (since it's free) I suppose I could place it in my anonymous FTP for a short while for downloads... it's 608kb zipped.
