Hi, I've installed FreeBSD 2.2.2 release... but.. at boot time kernel says +-+-+- sio0 not found at 0x3F8 and sio1 not found at 0x2F8 +-+-+- YES! They are enabled ( using kernel's boot-time -c option ). YES! They are enabled (BIOS Setup) Everything works fine - disks, floppy, CDROM (TEAC) Windows 95 (OSR2) doesn't report ANY problem with serial ports or any other device. ---------- System Configuration: Pentium 166 64MB RAM Primary Master Disk: 3GB Quantum (UDMA): + Windows 95 Primaty Slave Disk : 3GB Seagate (UDMA): DOS part. + FreeBSD 2.2.2 (RELEASE) 24x TEAC CDROM (Secondary Master) 3.5' Floppy HDC/FDC, Paralel Port, 2 Serial Ports (ALL on-board) --------- HELP!
