One of the links is named "sysinstall". In any case, this executable is statically linked. If you go to /usr/src/release/sysinstall and build sysinstall, you will get a dinamically linked executable. I chose to install this file in /usr/sbin instead of /stand because it needs the libraries in /usr/lib, so that /usr must be mounted.
