Hi,

I have just run into a problem installing RPM (/usr/ports/misc/rpm/).
When trying to install the port, "make" calls the file down from the
web ok, then while patching the following message appears:

===> Applying FreeBSD patches for rpm-2.5.1
1 out of 1 hunks failed--saving rejects to build/myftw.c.rej
*** Error code 1

Stop.
*** Error code 1

*** Error code 1

Stop.

A look at the mailing lists turned up the possible answer that the
patches were out of date. Is this whats happening here? I'm using
FreeBSD 2.2.6 upgraded to 2.2.7 and the port was completely grabbed
from the .net during the install.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

TIA

Chris R.
