No, I'd say several of these might be relevant from an advocacy point
of view.  Apache in particular has become a well-known "brand," and
their use of FreeBSD on their primary web server is quite a kudo.
The other non-FreeBSD sites fall into this same category, with the 
caveat of being somewhat less well known.  This would include dignus,
watson, and openldap certainly, and probably hungry as well.

Sites that are run for BSD advocacy, or against Microsoft, are not
that surprising.  ;^)
