I wholeheartedly support this sentence as I (and I'm sure most of the active
maintainers) don't like to see somebody gratuitously marking ports "BORKEN" (or
doing any other unapproved actions) just because he saw some errors on bento,
especially without any attempt to contact the maintainer in question. Moreover,
the problem may be only with specific branch, or with local setup, while BROKEN
mark will prevent port from building on all branches.

Yet again: Kris, please respect maintainers!
