So, Roger, who's going to try hacking the LinuxTV code into the FreeBSD kernel? Are you volunteering? Am I? I'm sure someone other than me could do that a lot quicker, because I have neither too much time nor too much experience with kernel hacking. I hate this talking about who's doing the work, let's just hope we'll get there eventually. -Gunther Roger Hardiman wrote: > > Jordan et al. > > The Kfir chip is also used on the Hauppauge WinTV PVR. > > I was working with them on getting the specs released > but unfortunatly their co-founder passed away recently > and no one at Hauppauge has been able to get the ball > rolling on this one yet. > > Some people at Hauppauge did take a look at the linuxTV > source for the Kfir chip and liked what they saw. > > So, I'm certainly interested in this project. > > Roger -- Gunther Schadow, M.D., Ph.D. gschadow@regenstrief.org Medical Information Scientist Regenstrief Institute for Health Care Adjunct Assistent Professor Indiana University School of Medicine tel:1(317)630-7960 http://aurora.regenstrief.org To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-multimedia" in the body of the message
