http://www.freebsd.org/tutorials/docproj-primer/index.html Out of curiosity, what would you recommend instead of SGML? I think the doc primer explains that SGML is used because it's so easily translated into different languages (i.e. a man page written in SGML can automagically be translated to HTML, XML, man, ASCII, etc) "Rashid N.
