The "spec" can be stated in one sentence: it should run FreeBSD binaries on
Linux as easily as the Linux emulation on FreeBSD loads Linux binaries now.

Now, as for the technical approach: this will take a few people putting their
heads together. Shall we start a mailing list and begin to beat on this?
