It just so happens that I already have done a similar search,
via Thomas (the comany, not the Congressional Web site)
and it was one of the reasons for my concerns. But I was
REALLY confused when I found the conflicting claims.
While the Thomas database says that Walnut Creek owns it,
Walnut Creek writes on its literature that it's a trademark
of Walnut Creek CDROM and FreeBSD, Inc. And Cheap Bytes says
that FreeBSD, Inc. alone owns it. Why the discrepancy?

Joseph K. Siino no longer works for Walnut Creek's law
firm. But I need to talk with Walnut Creek anyway, so I'll
ask some qustions similar to the ones in your message.
