Please help. I've been trying to upgrade graphics/linux-tiff on FreeBSD 6.0 release and linux_base-rh-9/. After consistent failures with portupgrade, I decided to deinstall and then reinstall the port. I get the following error. root@richie /usr/ports/graphics/linux-tiff: make reinstall ===> Installing for linux-tiff-3.6.1_4 ===> linux-tiff-3.6.1_4 depends on file: /compat/linux/usr/lib/libjpeg.so.62 - found ===> linux-tiff-3.6.1_4 depends on file: /compat/linux/etc/redhat-release - found ===> Generating temporary packing list ===> Checking if graphics/linux-tiff already installed libtiff-3.6.1-10.fc3.i386.rpm package libtiff-3.6.1-47.6 (which is newer than libtiff-3.6.1-10.fc3) is already installed brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/fax2ps: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/fax2tiff: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/gif2tiff: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/pal2rgb: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/ppm2tiff: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/ras2tiff: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/raw2tiff: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/rgb2ycbcr: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/thumbnail: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/tiff2bw: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/tiff2pdf: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/tiff2ps: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/tiff2rgba: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/tiffcmp: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/tiffcp: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/tiffdither: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/tiffdump: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/tiffinfo: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/tiffmedian: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/tiffset: No such file or directory brandelf: error opening file /compat/linux/usr/bin/tiffsplit: No such file or directory *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/graphics/linux-tiff. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/graphics/linux-tiff.
