Your loopback adapter has no IP addresses bound to it. That would explain why you can't send to localhost, but not how it ended up in this condition. I suspect there is something in your /etc/rc.conf that is preventing the default ifconfig_lo0 settings from being applied. First guess: do you have network_interfaces="" set in /etc/rc.conf, and if so, did you forget to include lo0 in the list? -- -- Mike Still using IE?
