Clang 3.4 from ports barfs: No, this is still being worked on in trunk. Support from Intel was announced last August, here: http://lists.cs.uiuc.edu/pipermail/cfe-dev/2013-August/031595.html I hope it will be ready to appear in 3.5 release.
