Hi all,
I need to perform upgrade of a server HP DL385 G1 (1.8GHz Opteron). Now
the iLo shows 4x512MB 400MHz memory. Since I will add another CPU I need
to add 2GB more MEM for it - my question is should all the DIMMs be
filled or I can use 1x1GB MEM instead of 4x512MB for the second processor.

Do you know if the MEM is ECC - I can't see it in the specs.

And of course it runs FreeBSD 6.3 with 7.0 in future plans :)

Thanks all.

Todor.
