I have set up a pair of machines which I can boot into either
VIMAGE_GLOBAL or normal kernels (otherwise identical).
with GB (bge) interfaces between them.

I am looking for suggestions as to what tests I should be doing
between these machines to be able to assess whether there are any
performance differences between these two setups.

I will be doing ttcp tests and flood pings and well as
nfs copies and ng_ether_echo timings.

I'd also like to get some suggestions from others,
as to what tests might be useful. Be specific please
i.e. {program + arguments to test).

The two machines are identical and will always being the
same kernel at the same time. basic cpu specs below..
