what is easily done with tee for stdout cannot be done for stderr. Looks like there is no easy way to make a pipeline using stderr separately from stdout. If you want to watch output of the stderr separately from stdout, you might manage for it in two consoles: % foo 2>err % tail -f err Markiyan.
