I have a HVM+PV 8.2-RC3 amd64 VM running on 5.5.

So far so good - it's been up for a couple of weeks and has survived
daily usage and a couple of buildworlds, plus all ports installed were
compiled.

Performance seems to be acceptable. There's a gotcha with PF, which
someone else mentioned in this list recently. One has to disable tcp.tso
to get decent throughput.

Disabling it enabled a colleague who is currently in Africa to go from
stalled..2KB/s sftp connections to 70KB/s.

Hope this helps.

Best regards,

Hugo
