Hi there, 4.3-RELEASE, KDE (all packages) installed at the system-install time. (dev+X config). I wanted to uninstall the kde{games, multimedia, toys} packages in /stand/sysinstall, but got something along these lines: "Unable to uninstall, kde{games, multimedia, toys} required by kdebase." Now, this seems to be nonsense - it should be the other way around?! Is this a bug somwhere, or have I screwed something? cynic@mail.cz ------------- And the eyes of them both were opened and they saw that their files were world readable and writable, so they chmoded 600 their files. - Book of Installation chapt 3 sec 7 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
